Home Loans why are they so expensive . Is it greed from the banks?

Why when the interest rates in Australia are so low that the banks still have to charge so much more then what the reserve bank has set , when they are making record profits . No wonder I have not bothered taking out a home loan , I refuse to make these fat cat bankers any richer then they are .

Having been both a renter and an owner over the past forty years, I'd suggest renters have it better...they don't have to paint, repair, refurbish, tend the garden...that's all the landlord's responsibility.

Does anyone know of any banks or investors who do home loans for the state of Utah with ITIN numbers?

I am a Realtor in Utah and I've been told that these loans are being used. I get clielts all the time asking about the ITIN (no SSN)programs, but can't really find any bank that do them in Utah.
