St. Louis area is the primary location I am focusing upon. Low-interest rates for teachers, zero to no money down, low to zero closing costs are possible aspects if available I am interested in.
One of my co-workers just did a loan for a teacher and I think there was no money out of pocket BUT, I'm pretty sure the seller contributed toward their closing costs. I am a loan officer by the way....and can help you with this if you'd like.
